Below is a list of species that are likely to be seen on any given visit this month, in/around the public areas. Monthly, totals will be added to give an indication of abundance of species at any given time:

Canada Goose, Mute Swan, Egyptian Goose, Greylag Goose, Gadwall, Mallard, Pochard, Tufted Duck, Teal, Shoveler, Feral Pigeon, Stock Dove, Woodpigeon, Collared Dove, Coot, Moorhen, Lapwing, Black-headed Gull, Herring Gull, Lesser Black-backed Gull, Little Grebe, Cormorant, Little Egret, Grey Heron, Great Spotted and Green Woodpeckers, Peregrine, Kestrel, Common Buzzard, Parakeet, Jay, Magpie, Jackdaw, Carrion Crow, Blue tit, Great Tit, Skylark, Chiffchaff, Long-tailed Tit, Cetti’s Warbler, Wren, Starling, Song Thrush, Blackbird, Robin, Dunnock, House Sparrow, Grey and Pied Wagtail, Greenfinch, Goldfinch, Linnet, Pheasant, Great Crested Grebe, Red Kite, Water Rail, Common Snipe, Redwing, Fieldfare, Mistle Thrush, Meadow Pipit, Stonechat, Reed Bunting, Chaffinch, Kingfisher.
